Get a 10% referral reward for each new client you refer to me!*
IT'S SIMPLE - Get a flat 10% (up to $300) of your referral's paid services.
(For example, if your referral pays for $3,000 of services for one project, you get $300!)
Although most of my clients are from referrals and word of mouth from other happy clients, I do get quite a few referrals from non-clients who just want that 10% reward! It works well, and everybody wins!
*TERMS:
- One reward for each new client you have referred that purchases my services.
- An eligible new client is a company with whom I have not previously worked or found through other means. Referred client must confirm that the sole reason they hired me was because they were referred exclusively by you. So if you referred me but someone else referred me first, or the company had already decided to work with me prior to your recommendation, or they found out about my company from my website link on the bottom of your website, you would not get the reward. However, if it was a company I found through other means that decided not to hire me, but finally did hire me solely as a result of your recommendation, then you would get the reward.
- Your reward payment (by your choice of check or credit towards work) will be sent within 30 days after client's full payment and project completion.
- Reward is limited to one referral per paid client, and will only be paid on the first project paid for in full by your referred client. There is no reward for additional services purchased by the same client at another time. Self-referrals and referrals made by employees, partners, agents, or relatives of the client are not eligible.
- Amount of reward is 10% of first paid project, or $300, whichever is less. EXAMPLES: If total amount paid by your referred client is $1,000, referral reward is $100. If total amount paid is $3,000, referral reward is $300. If total amount paid is $6,000, referral reward is $300.
- Only services that client paid for directly to T. Brooks Web Design are eligible. This does not include web hosting, domain names, email accounts, and related services.
- Only United States residents are eligible, payments will be made in U.S. dollars, and I must send you an IRS 1099-MISC form if your rewards total $600 or more in a calendar year.
- This program does not constitute an expressed or implied contract or offer of employment. Referrers will not be considered employees, subcontractors, officers, or agents of T. Brooks Consulting, LLC (dba T. Brooks Web Design).
- This referral rewards program may be modified or cancelled at any time.
- There is no limit to the number of new referrals you can make!
